2/25/2010

  • Notice of annual meeting on March 2, 2010 at l:00pm at clubhouse.
  • New ice machine is now installed behind clubhouse for all owners use.
  • Generator work is complete.
  • Elevator and fire alarm work is under negotiation at this time with contractors and local government departments.

3/3/2009 - A $35 fee will be implemented for the cleaning of the Guest Apartment. This money will be deducted from the security deposit.

Storage room common areas will be cleaned out and all items will be donated to charity. Schedules will be posted.

1/11/2009 - Lighting project is nearing completion.

1/10/2009 - Roof replacement has begun on Buildings 3 and 4.

The Board meeting for the Budget will be held at 3PM on Friday 12/12/2008.

9/22/2008 - We mourn the passing of two long time residents, Lane Bedell and John Melillo.

6/1/2008 - All Common Locks at Harbourside have been changed for security purposes. You can get a new key in the main office and all key bank holders have extra keys. Your OLD keys no longer work in common locks.

5/15/2008 - Installation of Awnings has begun in all bulidings.

5/14/2008 - Painting has been complete in all buildings.

3/11/2008 - Painting continues on buildings 3 and 4. The main towers of all buildings will be completed together.

3/11/2008 - Navy bubble awnings for building entrances have been ordered.

8/26/2007 - This past Wednesday, carport construction began between buildings 1 and 2. The crews from Koerber Construction have moved along rapidly and expect to wrap up that area within 4 weeks and then move on to the remainder of the complex. Please note that the construction company has been given approval to work 7 days a week between 6AM and 9PM (heavy/loud construction will be limited to 8AM-6PM).

9/01/2006 - Ernesto passed without incident. Keep your fingers crossed.

7/15/2006 - Concrete Restoration work has begun on building 1,2 and 4. The building permits have been issued for building 3 and work should begin by the end of August.

6/27/2006 - Designation of Responsibility for Balcony Restoration - Responsibilities as agreed upon by the Board of Directors on 6/27/2006

6/1/2006 - IMPORTANT NOTICE - EMERGENCY PREPARATION FOR RESIDENTS WITH SPECIAL MEDICAL NEEDS:

5/27/2006 - Removal of the damaged horizontal metal tops to the carports will be completed within the next two weeks. The verticals will remain in place until the final decision is made on the carport replacements.

5/26/2006 - Concrete restoration on buildings 1, 2 and 4 will begin within the next 3-5 weeks with building 4 following shortly.
