HARBOURSIDE CONDOMINIUM

MINUTES MEETING AUGUST 23, 2007

Call to order by President Len Streeto 4pm.

Roll call: Len Streeto, Yvonne Gugel, Art Frischman, Bill Abbate, Gloria Sager and Paul Stokes by telephone.

Verification of posting of meeting notice.

Painting Contract: Bill Abbate reviewed process of contractor selection and recommendation of Mid South contractors to do work at Harbourside. MOTION: To approve Mid South for paint negotiations. Second, Unanimous.

Lindman Contractors: Received approximately 40 requests for re-installation of sunshades. Damaged shades not being put back. Contract states Lindman to protect from damage and theft.

Meeting Friday with Terry, Len, and Bill to view pictures and determine how many shades that are missing and eligible for re-install. Need figure for stolen/missing shades. List to be made of problem shades and meet with Lindman to resolve.

Discussion of completing punch list for all units at Harbourside.

MOTION: Have Lindman and engineer look at all units for punch list (Bill Abbate) Second: Art Frischman. Vote: Art, Bill, Paul,Gloria -yes. Yvonne, Len - no. Passed.

Plan to post notice in buildings to notify office of any problems with units within a specified time period. Notify owners people will be going into units to check for punch list. Owners presently at Harbourside will need to sign off that unit is satisfactory. This will shorten number of units needed to be inspected by engineer and Lindman.

Building 1 small elevator is to be replaced (cab and mechanical).

Fire inspection was made and sprinkler heads need to be replaced in several buildings.
