MINUTES-WORKING BOARD MEETING: Tuesday, 6-27-06   
Noon Mtng called to order by D.Kublin,Pres. Mtng notices properly posted: Rollcall:  Present: D.Kublin, Y.Gugel, A.Nichols,A.Frischman, G.Sager(via Teleconf.) & R. Turner/Campbell Mgmt. Absent: Len Streeto, Paul Stokes. Quorum met. Reading of Minutes waived. 
ITEMS DISCUSSED:
Seawall Repair: Per R.Turner,Swaysland’s recommendation is for sheet pilings w/
pressure-treated cap @ approx. $20,000.
Dock Repair: Dock can be repaired for approx.$1700.
Engineer’s Report re Balconies: Not in yet.
Harbor: For all hurricanes, all boats to be tied up in center of harbor.
Call to Owners re upcoming balcony repair: Yvonne still has a few calls to make.
Keybanks: Bldg III still has 2 keys missing.
Bldg.III Balcony Restor.: Deposit to be sent after assessment approval.
Carports: Still waiting to hear from Swaysland. 
Harbor: Rec’d 9 of 30 new contracts. We are NOT classified as a marina.
Designation of Responsibility List:  1. Question as to whether or not, at Owner’s
request, Assn.will pay to have tile removed from entire balcony. After discussion: MOTION by A.Frischman that upon Owner’s request, Assn. pay to remove all tile from, & seal concrete/seconded by A.Nichols/unan. approved.  2. If Owner has hurricane protection on inner glass doors, pending Engineer’s Report, Assn. to replace “sunshades” or outer glass doors.  
Hurricane Prep.List: R.Turner reqstd. written input from Board and Owners.  
Assn. to have Bd.Mtng. 24 hrs. prior to any hurricane watch.
Clubhouse Glass: A.Frischman suggested regular glass w/hurricane accordions.
D.Kublin will try to cancel scheduled installation so we can go “new route”.
Personal Generators:  Fire Dept.has no ruling on possible hazardous condition if
many generators operating at once in multi-bldg. condo.  
Gym Equipment:  A.Frischman will order new treadmill.
Lighting: Y.Gugel to purchase new bulbs at Costco.
Bldg.IV Water Problem:  R.Turner will look into company to check for leaks.
Solar Power: Cost prohibitive.
