 MEETING for HARBOURSIDE II (BLDG III), and HARBOURSIDE III (BLDG IV)   

Meeting called to order at 7:00PM by Dick Kublin,President.

Meeting notices properly posted: verified by D.Kublin.

Rollcall: Present: Dick Kublin, Paul Stokes, Arthur Frischman, Len Streeto, Anne Nichols, Yvonne Gugel. Absent: Gloria Sager. 
Quorum met & Meeting continued.

2-page Draft of Hurricane Wilma damage assessment memo distributed to audience. Y.Gugel explained all listed items and costs; & floor opened for Q&A session.

Y.Gugel motioned that we approve HARBOURSIDE II and III (for Buildings III and IV) Hurricane Wilma assessment in the amount of $110,232.10 for HARBOURSIDE II (Building III) and $86,392.12 for HARBOURSIDE III (Building IV), to be paid by July 1, 2006/seconded by P.Stokes/unanimously approved.
