Meeting called to order 4pm by Dick Kublin, Pres.
ROLLCALL: Present: Dick Kublin, Len Streeto, Art Frischman, Yvonne Gugel, Gloria Sager, Paul Stokes by telecon.

CARPORTS: Jack Aiello reported that three bids received on carports. Coastal Screen (aluminum) $525,000. Contract Connection (steel) $l,095,253. Carport Structures (steel) $449,945. Electric bid Air Ref $15,900 (88 lights). $192,173.in reserve for carports.
MOTION: To accept Carport Structures bid after review by attorney.
Work will be 7 days a week and 12 hour days. Approximate time to do work six to eight weeks.

POOL FENCE:Bids on various fences received and info and sample of fence in clubhouse foyer. Requested that owners express their preference for white picket fence or green chain link on sign up sheet in clubhouse. Cost for white picket fence is $7,000.

Building 4 voted two weeks ago to transfer hurricane surplus to pay for water heater. Necessary 327 votes to transfer money received.

Three trees are to be removed and replaced from hurricane damage with similar trees. 17 trees have been replaces. Fill in at building 3 to be done. And back of building 1.

FINANCE: Jack Aeillo gave status of hurricane assessments. We are nearing $4,000,000 in assessments. A letter is to be sent out to determine interest in reverse mortgages by owners.
