Meeting called to order 7pm by Dick Kublin, Pres. Verified notices were posted.
ROLLCALL; Present: Dick Kublin, Anne Nichols, Paul Stokes, Len Streeto,
Gloria Sager, Art Frischman.
Concrete restoration.
MOTION; I MOVE THAT THE Harbourside Board of Directors assess the unit owners of Condominium 3 the amount of $150,000 for the repair of balconies, replacement of railings and screens and any other concrete repair to the building. The assessment is to be paid in 3 equal payments. First payment due on or before April 25, second payment due May 215, third payment due June 25, 2007. Motion seconded and all in favor.
