TREASURERˇ¦S REPORT: Dec. 31, 2006.Total reserves $ 647,148.25. Condo #1 $255.097.34, Condo #2 $110,206.90, Condo #3 $139,933.81 in reserves. Balance 12-31-06 for Condo #1 $4536.59, Condo#2($2889.28), Condo#3 ($1786.23). Harbor bal. $3991.31. COMMITTEE REPORTS; ORIENTATION: Rental applications submitted for 1303, 1504,2509,2612. Discussion regarding rental restrictions. GROUNDS; Palm trees at Harbourside entrance being addressed by Yvonne.Requested funds be added for restoring grounds damaged by construction in next concrete restoration assessment. LIGHTING: No report. SOCIAL; Gambling boat trip planned. Super bowl party planned $6. RECREATION; No report. INSURANCE; Possibility of rate reduction as a result of recent legislation. BUILDING REPS: No reports. HARBOR: Repaired pilings and more to be done. Outside dock to be repaired. This work will add many years to life of docks. FINANCE: No report. OLD BUSINESS: SAFETY: No one is allowed on balcony under any circumstances without railings. Lawn damages to be repaired by contractor. Contractor to receive funds for old balcony railings. (.41 lb) GLASS DOORS: Engineers report read for bldg 1 & 2 Engineers report read for bld. 3. RAILINGS;New balcony railing design presented and new railing to be installed in bldg. 1. Screening can be replaced without valance. No valances. Sun shade re installation cannot be attached to screen. To be attached to ceiling. Engineer awaiting instruction from building inspector regarding installation. Diagram of approved window styles presented. CARPORTS: Architect proposal for carport rejected. NEW BUSINESS:Elevator Contract. Three bids received and to be reviewed by Finance Committee. ELECTIONS; Deadline to submit intent to run for Board is Jan 25, 2007. CONFORMITY; Windows and railing conformity covered. SAFETY & SECURITY: Several bike thefts. Recommend doors be kept closed and not allow non-residents in.
