Harbourside Condominium Association is a community of three condominiums (Harbourside 1, Harbourside 2, and Harbourside 3) governed by one association.  There are a total of 175 units at Harbourside with 56 3-BR units, 118 2-BR units and 1 1-BR unit.  Harbourside Condominium Association 1 was developed in 1975; Association 1, Building 2 followed; Condominium Association 2 was developed in the early eighties followed by Building 4, Condominium Association 3 in 1985.  There are approximately 7 acres of land involved in the total development with a private marina for unit owners. 

Harbourside has seen its units increase in value almost 200% in the past couple years.
